99% of my posts... I love it... only if we didn't have to click the little "letter" box in the posts...

The reason is because of how the system will display replies in threaded and hybrid views. You probably view the threads in linear mode like I do, but when viewed in hybrid or threaded mode, the person replying post will be viewed at the bottom rather than the post being replied to.
