I'm a bit embarrassed, but I forgot to ask my seller where the key or latch for the underseat compartment is... I can't seem to find.. on my Razz is in plain view just under the seat..

Try turning your ignition key backwards, it goes like this... push ignition key and turn backwards to lock steering. Turn ignition key backwards without pushing to open seat latch.
