Motorcycle/scooter wave

When I rode my motorcycle there was the motorcycle wave that you'd give to fellow motorcyclist. Any such wave for scooterist? I've gotten the single digit salute but I don't think that's quite the same thing.
Of course here in Gilbert, AZ there aren't many scooters to wave to.
However my wife did have motorcyclist give her the wave while she was riding her scooter.
Just wondering.

Scoot riders always give other scoot riders a wave, or at least where I live. As for motorcycles, it's who passes you by. Usually the harley guys are nicer and will actually share a lane with you, but those punk crotch rocket riders usually just make an ass out of themselvs ard rev their engines or take off hella quick.

I get the wave by 99% of riders on base and 10% of riders off base...

I get nice people who share lanes and act like decent people on base and off base they act like jerks...

I just think it's anchorage... I had a lady ride by on a bike one time and she reached out and slapped my mirror on my car as she rode by....

I usually get a wave or a thumbs up from most motorcyclists with the exception of the crotch rocketeers.

I get waves from all of them almost all the time.

Picture this- 2 hot chicks with the top down on a Z4 Bimmer next to me at a traffic light. A silver R1 pulled up next to me at a traffic light revving his motor. I started rubbing the handlebars on my silver Zuma saying:

"If I keep feeding you, you will grow up to be like that one day"

Chicks said "We are going to follow you" when the light turned green. Me and the R1'er pulled in to the bar down the street- I go in the bar 1st since I can park at where I want in MD on a scooter, R1'er parks up close to the front in motorcycle parking and comes in next. Chicks park way over yonder and come in last..... Chicks come sit with me as R1'ers jaw drops.

Some people give us the motorcycle wave, little peace sign below the handbars. Most people on scooters honk and wave. Everyone else loves me or hates me.
