2002 Zuma No Start

i have 2002 zuma stock ,only starts when i spray gas into the carb,have clean the carb twice,new plug ,carb is getting gas to bowl ,any ideas

i just fixed mine yesterday, took off the carb took off the bottom, pulled the vacum line to the carb, if you suck on the vac line and fuel does not flow it is your needle and seat, may have a little trash in it, my bowl was not dirty but still seemed to be not flowing, sat up 2-3 months.
now that i bought a cdi and coil i dont need
