R3/R3i Differences?

Well, my G/F purchased her Vento today, delivery coming tomorrow. :cool:

I notice that Vento lists the R3i at 6.7 HP Unrestricted. IF it is restricted, would this be by a washer in the pipe, or some sort of throttle or speed limiting device?

OK, we didn't look REAL closely at a few things on the R3i. We were initially looking at the Triton, so we didnt notice if the R3i has the alarm and remote start too?

ABS? Is it easy enough to disable?

Alarm and remote start. When I got my Zip, there were no restrictions :confused:

i had a llittle washer in my exhaust that looked like it could be a restriction but when i campared it to the port on the head i dont see how it could restrict anything. i changed my exhaust anyway and never ran it with that or the stock exhaust. nothing in the vari to cause a restiction. you will get the throttle restriction with the bike but it will not be installed. the r3i comes with the flip out keys remote start alarm and i really like the abs, dont see anyreason to disable it, tried doing an endo the other day and it seemed that the abs made it rather hard to do, so i think it works. dont get me wrong its not bmw abs but its better than nothing.

I'm, mazed that Vento would take the time to even try and appease the moped regulations that many states have, by even trying to restrict them.
