Winter Scootering

Only an observation. There is a person (male or female) that rides the scooter to the King Street Metro Station (City of Alexandria, VA) every day. Snow, sleet, ice, does not matter, the scooter is in front of the metro station with a big chain attached to it. For what I can see, is a Vino non-mod scooter. I am very proud of that person. We had some cold days out here, and the hero still rides the scooter to the metro station. o_o

Up here in my town there is a guy that seems to ride around all year. He just zips around without a care in the world. I don't know how he does it with the cold temperatures we get. The other day I saw him and it couldn't have been warmer than 35-40 degrees. I took my scoot out for a quick ride around town today. Warmed up to nearly 50. It was great. Just really scary with all the sand spread on the streets. Can't wait to get out on a regular basis again.

Now I noticed yesterday afternoon, that 2 Vino's are parked in front of the King Street Metro station (one red and one ugly orange). I can understand the orange vino, the weather was 60 degrees. o_o

Orange Vino?--must have been a clone or a custom paint job.

It could be a custom paint, but I do not like the color. Both Vino's were parked side to side in the metro station. :yippy:
