Hey all. I'm new to these forums. I used to work with Jered up in Anchorage Alaska. Now I'm in Maryland. I've got a 2004 Kymco Super 9. It does 50mph with derestriction and the rev-limiter disconnected. Anybody else have a Kymco here? o_o

Nice, thanks for the welcome. My scoot-scoot is pretty much stock. I've just done the derestiction and rev limiter thing to it. I've been looking for other riders in MD. This summer my scooter will get a nice new trailer so I can bring her to the beach.

Sweet man. Do you live in Maryland? I bought my scooter at Groove-E-Skoots in Florida. I didn't have to pay tax and they shipped the scoot-scoot to my front door for free. I paid 2,500 for it. Trey the owner of Groove-E-Skoots has his Super 9 modded out to go 90mph. I'll post some pics of my scoot-scoot as soon as I get home.

Wish there was another scooter in the state here! LOL! Well I saw a chick on a metro once... but that's it!

Gonna mod yours to do 90mph... with that Liquid cooled engine, you got some potential! They are very durable... I'm thinking in the long term future on changing mine to a LC engine... they last 3 times as long... (hence the 2 year warrenty on yours!)...

Yeah for now I'm just plannig on letting the motor break in. I've got about 2500Km's on her so far. Last summer I rode her a lot from my house to Annapolis MD. Thats about a 45 Km ride round trip. king vino and marylandmark, where are you guys at? we need to meet up and do some riding. I live in Bowie MD. off Route 50 10 miles before Annapolis.
