even though I'm only going to the MHR replica... It's more performance oriented than the airsal...

IMO the airsal is great for a starter cylinder but needs some work to make a RACE cylinder... and since mine is scored to begin with...

I'm getting the better product to start this time so I don't have to do port work as much...

Malossi IMO is better than the airsal for an all out motor... however the airsal works perfectly for people who just want a normal upgrade...

I'm trying to get the best setup I can get... and in the future will change the cylinder to a full MHR 12mm crank/70cc kit set up... but that's another $600 so it'll be another good 6 months or so... probably next winters project...

So...How did your Airsal get scored?? ...Was this something you didn't do during assembly? :rolleyes:

after over 700 or so miles... and only 1 qt of oil... I realized via erich and lennox I had the oil line on the vaccume line...

So it was a hair lean on the oil side and has some scoring on the bottom of the piston...

I'll post pics one I FINALLY get my new cylinder... Darn Malossi USA! they have everything on back order!

I only burned up one on my scoot!!! (same way as Jered) Then I got another one to replace it. Then I went super bore, so I still have a good one on the shelf...... the other 2 were kits I did for friends....... does that make better sence?????

well...at the time we had 200 members... at $9 each... that's $1800... just enough to walk in and pay cash...

no it's only $6 per member if everyone joined it!
