Mileage question

I was wondering how long these zumas can run.. Anybody have one with lots of miles? Mines 2,400 with the stage one installed at 1,000. It still runs good from what i can tell..
My friend says they can definitely run over ten thousand miles.
Also, why is the tecono variator and roller weights increase performance? D

I'd say an average life is 5000 miles... with rebuilds that can last a LONG time... 10K not out of the question with the rebuilds...

the techno and other variator upgrades allow for easier weights tuning as well as the pulley face is angled differently and made of a more durable material...
