Opening Up the Throttle

I was wondering if anyone knew how to open up the throttle on the Zuma. I understand that Yamaha restricts the throttle so that it will only open about one-quarter of what full throttle should be by using some type of clip. How can I go about changing that throttle so that I can open it wide open?

Thanks for the reply. From the pictures, it looks as if this modification requires some grinding of the throttle cam...not a simple fix, such as snipping a clip, like I presumed. Is this modification very difficult? Believe me, I am NOT a mechanically savvy person!
