okay... I did some looking...
there are 2 main companies that have the "over range" www.malossi.com and www.polini.com
Neither that I saw had kits for the Honda dio or elite...
however there are Rear pulleys and "race Multivar" for them which isn't quite as good but will still help.. They rear pulleys were around $150 and the multivars around $100... so your spending a little less than the $350ish for the over range kit...
I looked at every single Dio on the malossi site... there is no Over range kit for them! PERIOD!
Polini might have one but the site is a pain in the butt so it's all you on their site... I'm sending you a PM for more info...

Wide, I have never heard of an over drive but I have a part from China that is very interesting. THe variator rides on a steel roller, which in turn is slid over the crankshaft...This steel roller is cut about an eigth of an inch small diameter, where the belt rides,
Theoretically, When the variator opens fully, to allow the belt to ride only on the shaft, the shaft is smaller than stock, allowing more speed. I have never seen this part in any catalog and it is made in China. I will send a picture if you ask me, bro.. o_o

wouldn't this increase low end torque only? the lower on the front, the lower the gear!
unless the shaft is a bit shorter, then it would be like removing the washer on a Vino?
oh, and I think he is looking for an "overrange" tranny, not overdrive......
