The oil drain plug is located on the side of the crankcase by the spring for the center stand and oil fill plug/dipstick is on top of the crankcase. Change the oil when the engine is still warm so the oil flows easier. Take out the fill plug, place something to catch the used oil under the drain plug and remove the drain plug. When all the oil is drained out, replace the drain plug fill with the recommended amount of oil (see your owners manual). and replace the fill plug. And you are done.

Don't you have an operator's manual? If not, you really should get one. Anyway I have a 2007 Classic 4T, changing the engine and transmission oil is not a big deal. The engine oil drain is under the scooter on the right hand side (as you are sitting on the scooter) just in front of the center stand. It is about 2" dia, knurled, with a 5/8 or 1/2" dia nut in the middle can't remember for sure which. It will require a thin walled socket to loosen it. I used a spark plug wrench and a ratchet that I got from Wallmart. The cap also has a washer, spring, and filter, be sure they go in exactly as they come out. The dipstick/filler hole is right between the front of the muffler and the fan cover. Mine is grey in color and screws out. The engine takes 26 oz of 20W40 motor oil. I use nothing but Yamalube. The spark plug is tricky. Remove the battery cover, there is a black plastic curved partition between the battery and the spark plug. Pull it straight up to remove it. The plug is in the lower left part of the engine. All you will see is the plug wire, when you remove the wire you can see the plug. Here again you are going to need a socket and ratchet with at least a 3"-4" extension to get the plug out and install the new one. Do not try to start the new plug with the ratchet attached, put the socket on the plug and start it by hand. The plug number is CR7E. The scooter is probably due to have the transmission oil changed as well.
