There is no washer at the head of the exhaust... I checked, and there was nothing there... where else could it be... could it be a carb plate that is limiting the mixture?!

if its a 4 stroke there's not much you can do
to get more power
btw next time so you don't get the wrong info for the question
state what year and kind of motor, 2 or 4 stroke
