Which is a better pipe? Technigas RS or Leo Vince Zx?

Leo is ok for a stock scoot. The Rs is a great pipe for the money, and can either be used on a atock cylinder, or REALLY good on a 70 bore.

I agree with the above. I had the Leo kit on mine and worked very well. The Technigas tends to be a bit louder though. If your goal was to get to more than 49cc, I'd say go for the Rs.
