Hello.

I just recently purchased an Oliver City 50. It ran fine for about 2 weeks, then one day as I was driving home, there was a lag in the throttle. I took it to the shop to see what the problem was, they adjusted the idle, it ran ok.

But a couple of days ago it quit working. I changed the spark plug, it ran about 5 miles before www.provoscooter.comwww.provoscooter.comwww.provos cooter.comwww.provoscooter.comting out.

I changed to gas, checked to airflow. No dice. It will start, but it will only run for about 3 minutes, then it bogs out like it is flooded.

I am a pretty handy guy, I work on dirtbikes, but this thing is throwing me for a loop. Any suggestions?

flooding is due to a stuck float or a dirty float needle or seat....
when it dies check the plug to see if its gas soaked....the sure sign of flooding

ok so I cleaned the air filter, the carb, the slow jet. It ran fine for about 1 mile, then sputtered out. I pulled the spark plug out, not
wet so I know it's not flooding. Any knew ideas?
