I voted needs more info. I would add something about the size of the scooter. As a short woman, I like my feet to be able to reach the ground at stops when sitting--so physical size of the scooter matters. I have a friend who used to have a Honda Metro that was totaled in an accident. She then got a Vespa ET2 for a great price, but had to buy a different (lower) seat for it so she would feel comfortable riding it. I 've heard this from several women scooterists.
