I was originally going to ask where the throttle cable goes. But I have figured that out and attached it already.
Would the fuel line be the brass nipple right next to the big opening I believe it is the second picture?
Where would the oil line go?

the fuel goes to the big brass on next to the opening (correct) the vaccum for the fuel valve connects to the part that is prt of the carb body. This does not look like a oil injection carb, so the oil line will go to the manifold! Although, I would HIGHLY recomend "pre-mixing"!! ;)

you can still run your injector and be safe. i am still using my injector on my zuma and i have a MHR cylinder (not the replica) race pipe, dellorto 25mm carb and polini big valve kit and other race parts. the only way i would say to take off the injector is when you chance your crank for a race crank. race cranks dont allow for the injector gear to work. your bike should be o.k. with the injector and its more easy at the gas stations with the injector. oh yeah nice carb i had that same 24mm power jet OKO on my jog, they work great for street/race set ups.

Rydah so you do not premix? Are you not worried that maybe you are not getting enough oil?
The previous threads do make a valid point that the pump was designed for a 50CC motor not a 70cc or larger.

I have to say this...
IMO it's designed for a 50cc cylinder... However to each their own...
So... You know...
Not worth fighting about... and no one will change their mind... so I recommend premixing, however if you want you can run the injector still...
heck some say to do both... Which IMO is worse as your not able to ever know how much oil you have running...
Just my opinion though...

hahahahahahaha, i not even worried. i rode my zuma around the island of oahu 3 times already and more times than i can remember just cruzzin with my friends and my bike runs perfect with the injector, it doesnt smoke plenny like how i see some guys bikes that premix and it doesnt foul plugs like i see other guys bikes doin. the injector doesnt pump just enough oil for a 50cc, the pump works off of the crank, the faster the crank spins the more oil it sends. the pump sends just the right amount at close throttle and at wide open throttle. you can always premix if you like, but why do though the hassle. oh yeah i had my zuma for 4 years now and not problem yet with my injector. just dont let the hose or tank go dry.

manuel choke.... with some creativity you can attach a cable to it, and run it through the body somewhere.......

So am I going to have to be playing with that when I go to start the scooter?
Every manual choke I saw was different then this one. This one just keeps closing or keeps going down. While other ones I saw You can adjust the position of them.

thats same kind of choke that is on most dirtbikes. you said that the choke wont say open, are you sure you got it pulled up all the way, it should make kinda like lil click and stay up untill you push it back down. be carefull not to pull the choke all the way out. just take it easy. remember i got that same carb.

I will check it again in the morning. Do you know the stock jet size that is in there?
rydah

nope, i dont even think that there will even be a number on the main jet. most oko carbs dont even print the number on the jet that came with the carb. if you need jets for that carb you can go to a honda dealer and show them your jet and they will have all the sizes you need.
