aight. i grew up on bikes and raced a bit of motocross and a few hare scrambles. i am fairly knowledgeable about the 2 strokes inner workings. i know nothing bout scooters. my 04 zip 50 tops out at 44 mph. very pleased with gas mileage, not with top speed. want to buy a big bore kit to get this thing up to a safer speed. i am strapped for cash and need the most bang for my buck. the biggest kits i can find are 72cc. there are many different types. i assume the differences are found in porting and head machining, seeing as they are all the same size. what is my best buy for power/speed, durability and price? will i need a bigger carb or can i rejet the stock? how much mpg will i be losing? any info will be greatly appreciated. thanx in advance.
