Getting ahold of Provo

Is it just me, or is it impossible to get ahold of this place?? I ordered wrong, and sent my parts back, and I am still waiting for him to email me back. This was the 7th of april.

Thanks, I did try that right away, and the VM that came up was from a guy named Eric. The guy that i got the initial email from was devan, so I guess I could try the number again

I was just going to ask the same question... I have parts that were returned to them by my %!** post office, and nobody will answer my e-mails. They have over $100 of my hard earned moola, they have my nifty white wall tires back in stock, and nobody seems to want to respond back to me.
