I'm having a problem with the install of the 19mm carb I bought. How do you install the auto choke? I'm guessing it would attach to the carb where the clear plastic cap is, but I don't see how to attach/convert the attachment from the old carb to the new one. Am I missing a piece, or am I missing something obvious?

the carb should have came with a new choke...

The stock one probably won't fit the new carb...

I know the ones that provo sells doesn't work with the stock choke...

Doh! I hate it when I don't have all the parts...oh well, at least it wasn't just me :)

The new carb should have come with an auto choke also. You just strip the wires on the new choke cable and the old ones on the scoot and connect them, it doesnt matter which wires connect to which.

With a Vento you supposedly don't need a new auto choke. It says it on Provo's website:

I don't think thats true because I cant fit the stock auto choke onto my 19mm carb. Any suggestions on how?

no it simply says that you can use the "auto choke" like the STOCK set up...

Not that the stock choke fits the new carb...

I don't think so. I still might be mistaken but this is what the site says:
"A new auto choke assmebly is not needed for the TNG or Vento like it is for the Yamaha scooters. That is the reason for the price difference."
I may just not be understanding it correctly.

Yea, on this one I did because it seems as though he might have forgot another part in the order. I don't think it will be too much to ask because I still need to get my Kevlar belt from him when they come in.
