Who here has one, and is it required in your state.

I have one, but it is only needed on my Sportster 1200.
Anything under 50cc none is needed.

King, can you make this a poll? I can't seem to

Strange, it won't let me add a poll. Odd, becasue I've been able to do it before.

Heres a question since i may be moving to colorado whats the laws there??

i found a site http://www.modernvespa.com/forum/wiki-laws

and it states for colorado i just need a regular licence like here in florida and 50cc and below dont need a motorcycle license just like florida again

No insurance for 50cc and below just like florida as well.

I did read that in colorado you sign an affadavit that says you swear your engine displacement is 50cc or below but its not like they're going to tear down your motor and check. So if i move im gravy, In fact you only pay the 5.25 and your good to go which is cheaper then here in florida! and you dont need a plate too i think in colorado.
