DC Adopts MD Scootering Laws

Well apparently DC's DMV is slow to post that they have adopted MD's laws regarding scooters, this summer, but MPD hasn't, it now in their officer's guide. All ya need is a driver's license to operate a 50cc scooter. Over 50cc you need a motorcycle endorsement.

In Arkansas if you are 16 years and older you have to have a Motorcycle endorsment. If you are younger than 16 and the vehicle is 50cc's or less you have to have a moped permit.
