fuel leak

my ET4 has a fuel problem, it starts eventually then when i rev it, it pumps fuel out of a little pipe by the kick start.
it looks liek an overflow pipe or similar.
i thought it may be a jammed fuel cut off valve but not sure, if so is it easy to change or repair, i am miles form a garage

not familiar with the et4, but is sound like a carb issue

i thought that it was a carberetto problem, maybe a sticking float or jets.
i had no tools except a hammer.so
2 hard knocks on the side of the carb did the trick and its running perfectly.

If tapping the carb fixed it was most likely a stuck float valve.
