I just wanted to list the 2001,and older zuma parts needed to make the razz a 70cc.
2001 zuma cylinder kit
2001 zuma reed block+intake
2001 zuma 17.5mm ,and larger carb ,have to modify throttle cable
2001 zuma exhaust ,needs some modification to clear swingarm.
I would also remove the oil injection,do the oil pump disable, and go to a pre-mix setup like i did.The removal of the system is the same as the zuma's.
Ok thats a complete list,if somebody ever wants to modify a razz to 70cc not the fastest scoot, but a good crusier after these mods.

Hi I'm new to the forum it's great! It has alot of info. I have a 88 Razz50 will the older Zuma parts work on this also? If so,where can I find a zuma reed block+intake? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok little d there's also 3 little things that need to be changed to work with the zuma parts the you need a clamp on wire terminal, and silicone boot for your spark plug the factory ngk resistor style will hit the frame because of the zuma's head with the straight spark plug opposed the razz head with the angle spark plug design. You can get the terminal and boot from any of the mail order speed shops just send me a pm if you dont know a good one. Ok next the razz's plastic engine cover needs to be trimed a little around the spark plug hole, and exhaust outlet to fit right. Ok the last step there's a little tab on the razz engine case just right of the exhaust outlet that needs to be ground down just a little to clear the zuma engine. These are all easy mods, sorry i didnt have them listed i will add them to the modification list.

The 2001 Zuma intake p/n 3VL-E3555-00-00 and my 1988 Razz intake p/n 27V-13555-00-00 look the same. The reed block looks the same too. My question is can I use the Razz intake with my big bore kit insted of buying the Zuma one? It bolts up fine.

Sorry to resurrect this long dead thread, but I'm about to do this and need some help.
What is a reed block? And what do you mean by needing a clamp on the wire terminal?
Pictures of both would be appreciated, if possible. :worship:

better yet get yourself a older jog engine or even a zuma engine for the dragbike look and then get the mod parts from provo. the razz tranny will limit the bikes speed so better to get one of the older jog engines (1990 version) that way you can get into the 70's with mods.
