Hello all I am new to the forums and couldn't really find a place to introduce myself so I figured I would do it here. I have a 2003 Vino with various mods (check sig) well this morning I just put into the malossi upgear kit and the over-range race tranny. Unfortunately one of the pieces of the over-range is slightly too large and the tranny case won't fit. I didn't have time to sand it down. Also last time I tried to start the vino I put on a rs pipe and unifilter airbox and it kept dying. well I know to plug read and tune the carb I just have been lazy and havnt messed with it much. I am also waiting to put on the 19mm carb and alum cyl. but in the meantime the problem I have is with my girls moped. im not sure what kind it is but I'm sure its a knock-off cause it looks cheap and I've seen others like it with different names. Well her scooter dosnt start, the lights come on the guages and it won't turn over with the e-start or the kick anyone have any idea why it won't work I havnt had too much time too look at it so any ideas.

Not much to work with here. A little more info would be helpful. Have you tried a new spark plug?

Sorry about not being more thorough but I am at work typing this on my phone (smart phones rock). I haven't really messed with her scooter nor mine for that matter. I've been busy building up my car so I've neglected to work on the scoots. Back before her scoot died completely it would kick start then idle then die or die out at stops even if the engine was being revved. I haven't checked the plugs but thought that it might be that, I'll check tonight and hopefully have some more info.

Ok so I'm putting my girls scoot on the back burner for now. I added a uni air intake, rs pipe, overrange, and upgear, well the overange tranny is scraping the sides of the tranny case so im currently in the process of grinding down the case but between work, sleep, wrenching the new susp. for my car I don't have too much time to work with it. Long story short I need help tuning. Now don't everyone freakout I've searched hours with little to no help. I understand about tuning the carb, but which screw do I turn to change A/F ratio? I've found two screws so far. One by the air box near (Im guessing) the vac. line, and one facing the legshield underneath the floorboard. I think that's the one, the reason im asking is right now I can't move till I grind the tranny case but once I fix it I have to adjust the carb for the uni filter. thanks in advance and sorry for the long post.
