well, after thinking it over I ended up taking my cases to a machine shop for the grinding..... The owner of the shop told me it wouldn't cost too much.

I just got the phone call that it is done.......$100 :eek: !!!!! This is crazy!!! Oh well, too late now...... the only way to get my parts back is to pay him the 100 :rolleyes: . I will attempt the next one myself!!!! :cool:

This is one more step out of the way.... Now I just have to trim a little more for the cylinder to tuck inside the cases, and I can start to re-assemble! I'm getting close!!! stroke + superbore = :D

100 bucks dont sound too bad to open up the cases for the crank. you are goin to have a rocket. 80mph plus no problem.

she's ALIVE :D Sounds real strong!! I have not ridden it yet though :mad: . I am waiting for the cooling shroud from Polaris (backordered) :confused:

Hopefully by the first of the year I will post some top speed numbers!!!! :p

do you have to use a diff shroud with that stroker cylinder and head. out here we use the stock honda shrouds, we just use lighter and better cooling fans, so of use just run watercooled kits.
ride the thing already, we wanna know how the bike feels.
