Is it Miamimoto that you are talking about? They also call themselves Scooters International. If so, I've been dealing with the same crap for over three months now. They sent part of my order, but left out a big part of it. They haven't returned any of my calls or emails. I encourage you to file a complaint with the BBB and a complaint with the US postal inspector for mail fraud. I can PM you the links if you want.

Definitely report them to BBB. How did you pay? As long as it wasn't cash you can get your money back. PayPal will do the work for you if you submit a complaint. Or call your credit card company and you can file a dispute and stop payment.

thanks alot guys it is miamimoto.com. i payed by paypal so i hope i can get my money back. the problem is a leave for basic training to go into the marines in early january so i cant mess with this crap. i guess i will try by asking paypal for help but i wrote them yesterday and they arent responding either. seriously though dont buy from them and tell anyone you know not to buy form them either.

Its simple with PayPal. Just login and go to the transaction that you paid them with and click on open dispute or dispute resolution. You can then have Paypal investigate. They usually get back to you within 14days with a result.

How long has it been since you paid with Paypal? They will only process a dispute if it is filed less than 60 days after you paid. I waited too long, so now I'm out over $100 unless I sacrafice my Paypal account and reverse charges on my credit card. I'm thinking of starting up a website just to warn people about Miamimoto, and to get more people that are having the same problems with them to file mail fraud complaints. Miamimoto is by far the worst business I have ever dealt with in my life.
