This is the Malossi (MHR - Malossi Hyper Racing) Delta clutch. It is fully adjustable and has excellent gripping qualities to harness the power from a Stage Two kit (http://www.provoscooter.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=30&products_id=87).
The three shoe design gives better grip over the other two-shoe clutches (especially stock) and is essential to be able to get off the line as fast as possible. This is a great upgrade to any performance enhanced scooter.
Also included is the Malossi Wing Clutch bell. Without it, you cannot run the Delta clutch or any high performance clutch as the stock clutch is 112mm in diameter and there are not any aftermarket clutches available in this size.
