This is the Malossi (MHR - Malossi Hyper Racing) Delta clutch. It is fully adjustable and has excellent gripping qualities to harness the power from a Stage two kit (http://www.provoscooter.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=33&products_id=84) .
The three shoe design gives better grip over the other two-shoe clutches (especially stock) and is essential to be able to get off the line as fast as possible. This is a great upgrade to any performance enhanced scooter and also recommended is the Wing Clutch Bell (http://www.provoscooter.com/shop/product_info.php?cPath=33&products_id=166).

This clutch has good grip... Only draw back I have seen is it takes more to tune it!
You have to remove the whole clutch from the rear pulley and disassemble the clutch (3 clips and 3 hex bolts) to be able to tune it!
This is a racing part (3 shoes) as apposed to the speed clutch (2 shoes), so you can expect it to be a hair better than it's street competition...
