it will go the same speed with those mods, they dont do anything to add speed. use that money and get yourself a front pulley, that might help you get 40mph out of your bike, just make sure you get extra weights to tune your tranny.

With the same scoot, a leo zx, clutch springs and rollers I hit 77KPH (approx 47MPH).

Agreed the reed cage and TCI unit won't add anyting at this level of tune.
The Leo ZX works very well with the Prebugs if you are looking at a getting a pipe.

Nothing will add speed and satisfaction like a pipe, rollers and springs at your stage. The END. ;)
