new 2strokes banned in 2005?

Yeap!!! thats why i Got a 4stroke becuze Part support will be very Hard to find for 2 strokes but im sure that erich will keep stock...

they can still sell engines and parts after the deadline, just not new scooters.

?? Parts will continue to flow. You can still buy parts for a 69 Dodge right? They dont meet current emissions standards...There will just be a ban on new scooters, not the parts.

People with 2 strokes will keep them running longer (forever!) since nobody can buy them anymore..

sorry lennox i meant like using the 2 stroke wiring harness,and swicthing the whole 2 stroke engine case onto the 4stroke frame if they still bolted at the same place.

sorry, but I can never see a 4 stroke 25cc weedwacker! And I'm not paying more than $100 for a weedwacker in the 1st place so those monster ones ain't gonna happen...

as well.. snow blowers... a 4 stroke under 100-150cc would never work...

Ever seen a jet start... they put out more garbage in the air than a million of out 100cc or smaller engines ever will!

Yeah! Jered even the Nuclear Plants are Sopose to run 4 stroke now i Seen a 4 Stroke Lawnmore, Don't make much Noise as the 2 stroke Lawnmores..

And your right about the 4 strokes Being Real Heavy, it would be impossible to Trim the Grass HEHE :D

Snow blowers are 2 strokes Jered

Have there ever been a 4 stroke in a Snow Blower i seen one at sears the other Day, and some what like Walking Lawnmores.. but did not see a 4 stroke :eek:

Most lawn mowers are already available in 4 stroke... but are a heavy machine...

A snow blower needs more grunt power! A 4 stroke would never IMO anyway, move much snow unless it was HUGE!

Anyway... back on the subject.... I don't want a 4 stroke scooter... If I wanted a 4 stroke.. I'd have gotten 600 or bigger motorcycle...

Darn emissions laws...
