carb size is not everything....Jetting also plays a key role.......

The right balance of both will make you some great power!

dellortos work good IF you can find the jets.

I've read that for most applications the 19mm is large enough... However for Lennox's 105cc he'd probably want a 24mm or larger...

I'm running a 19mm and have a MHR replica on order, I don't plan on changing the carb... just jetting if needed...

With your set up... I'd say the 19mm is more than you should need...

the big valve will work with any size carb its just the carb boot that makes the diff.
jered you say that you have a mhr replica on the way. i would think that your airsal is better than a replica. the replica doesnt have the bridge port exhaust and is not a single ring set up. if thats the cast all you would need to do with that airsal is to get some race porting done, get some compression put into that cylinder and re-nicklesil the cylinder if it not done already from the factory.

the replica is a 2 ring... aluminum set up... what I want!

I'll do a port and polish if needed...

My airsal is mildly damaged from heat... I ran it to leave to start with... so it'll be an improvement!
