Hello everyone, sorry I haven't been in here in a while, but I got some good news for ya. I'm currently in the process of de-restricting my pulley, just wanted to let everyone know, moreso 05 zuma riders, that the 05 Zuma quit using screws on their aluminum belt casing, it is now just a bunch of hexagon allen wrench slots, now I dont know the proper size of them, but if you have one of those wallets of allen wrenchs, the correct size will be there and you will find it with no trouble. Also, beware, those little baby's have got some tourque on them!

well bad news guys, i wasn't able to de-restrict my pulley, cause i bought the wrong pair of channel locks, and the ones i needed were like $23 at home depot and lowe's. So, once I get more money, i'm going to buy the large channel locks, or ask this hometown tool store if they'll charge me to borrow a set, cause they rent out tools. Jared, you have got a grip of stuff on your scooter, lol i envy it ;) one question though, how fast is your scooter going now? Would be pretty cool to find out what top speeds you're reaching.

well... I'm still in the "tune" phase... I hadn't quite got the roller weight combo right yet...

but I'm somewhere around 55mph... I have more parts on the way that SHOULD get me well over 60mph... so when april hits and I can ride again... I'll post the new top speed!

mine topped at 42mph... down hill I could go a hair faster...

I'm also around 200 pounds... and live in a place with hills and horrible roads...

so with that being said...

on the slightest uphill my scooter would slow to below 30mph...

Now It stays at what ever I'm riding at at the time... No slow down on the hills! which is nice when 75% of the vehicles on the road as large trucks!
