Who wants to come to Maryland for the weekend to work on my scoot? 18 miles south of Washington DC so you can sight-see while you are here and so on. Hotel and airfare included.

No......... these are not stage1/2. You are looking at big bore/race port/cranked strokers!!! Probably in the 100-125cc range!!!!

I disagree with Lennox. I have a buddy that could do wheelies on his stock Vino. STOCK! He is pretty amazing. Most of those scooters are the Aprilia SR50. Most of the ones that are shown are using the Horizontal Minerelli (although watercooled), which is the same motor in the Vino/Zuma. My Vino will wheelie at every red light without much coaxing. The Zuma is not that light in the front end, but stoppies are not impossible either. Check out this Vid we made a while back

The red Vino is completely stock. The black one, mine, is stage 3. He is doing a wheelie at like 30-35 on mine, I don't think that the Aprilia's were going much faster.

The key is balance. My friend is a huge stunt guy on Bullet bikes etc. Even mtn. bikes. He makes it look pretty easy.

Yeah, I tried poppin a wheelie on my vino... didn't happen haha! Well actually now that i think about it, the wheel popped maybe 5cm!

The first and only wheelie I ever did on my Vino was on mine with 80 milers on it stock, restricted. I was leaving the house pissed off, and I pulled up on the handlebars fro ma stop sign, for some unforknown reason, sent the front wheel straight up, and nearly nailed a minivan. It really doesn't take that much effort to lift the front wheel.

check out this video of a motorcycle driver goin through traffic. and check out how many scooters he pass's. in one part he even almost hits a greenish looking zuma (thats what it looked like to me).
