Thoughts for Oil Pump set up on 70cc (R3i)

Been searching a lot and haven't found that many opinions for a Vento 70cc set up.
Wondering if I should attempt to remove the oil pump and res on my R3i and run premix.
Can't seem to find any advantages to this besides looks.

When I installed the 70cc kit on my zip, I broke it in properly and did plug reads. On my 1st wot run it seized. Plug looked great, just not enough oil in the cylinder. I removed the pump and hoses and have pre-mixed ever since. If you are not used to 2 strokes, you have to remember to shake the bike if it sits for a peroid of time to mix the oil/gas before you ride.
