HELP: Can't remove oil filter from '06 Vino!

I have an '06 50cc Vino. I just didn't the 2nd oil change on it. And for the 2nd time, I can't remove the oil filter (plug B according to the manual) on it!

It's the one on the bottom. I tried using a spark plug remover (seems to be the same size). It's stuck on.. and at this point, it seems that I'm stripping the bolt!!

HELP! How do I get this thing opened??

try an impact wrench,(one with only six sides, not one with lots of teeth) and breaker bar.

I know this sounds stupid but sometimes if you tighten a bolt (just a hair) you help loosen whatever might be holding it and it will come out. This doesn't always work but is worth a try. Good Luck.

I assume the same rules apply in terms of direction of turning the bolt. Looking from the bottom up, counter clock wise = open. Right?
