Just wondering if anyone has one installed on their zuma yet?
I'm ordering one today and will post some pics in the how to area once I get it installed...
Then will have only a fuel line to the carb... instead of the vaccum and oil lines... (which I already ditched the oil line)...
Any thoughts?
I'm thinking of cutting the right plastic side cover so my choke and fuel shut off are on the same side...

Jered, I think you should add a primer too

really think it'd need it?
Maybe after a winter storage but other wise the fuel is pretty free flow...
Whats the thought behind the primer? I know it pushes fuel through but do you really think it needs it?

this would eliminate your choke problems..... it is not to fill a dry carb.... it would shoot small bursts of fuel right into the intake/reed cage area.... you know for those sub zero days that you want to ride!

i had the manual fuel valve on my hybridrazz for a while its less mess doing a carb swap or changing fuel lines, but didnt give any performance gain, and it ate more gas.

I'm not thinking of gains... Just to get the vacuum line off the carb... and not worrying about it failing and me getting stranded... Manual ones are on or off... the vacuum assisted... then it's on/off or somewhat open, etc...

yea with all the mods you have the best flow would be good, also it is still just as depenable as stock, and less mess, and wasnt that much more gas anyway.
