i had another jetting question, my scooter runs good , but then when its a little cold even after i let it idle ,and warm up for about 5min it will pop ,and then sumtimes bog a little, this only happens at full throttle, if i go back to 3/4 throttle it wont pop or miss, and then once its been running for about 10mins it wont do this at all, ive replaced the plug, cleaned the carb all the normal stuff. Im thinking its in the jetting since it controls the full throttle fuel i have a 102jet in there i think its just too much fuel? also a another question for my friends zuma would a 88jet be good enough for a zuma with the 70cc kit, carb, and factory exhaust?

I have a 95 jet on mine... that is what came with the 19mm carb I have...
I've no problems with what your refering to...
Erich can sell the jet to you... I think they are $5.00 for the large hex that fits the mikuni style jet...
Email him if you need one...

i was just saying with the 102jet in there it sumtimes will pop or bog at full throttle but if you go back to 3/4 throttle it runs fine do you think that is because the main jet?

the plug was new lennox i just got a 95jet today ,and it stopped the pop at full throttle, it actually runs a little faster on the top end with the 95jet compared to the 102 i meant to change the jet earlier but i had to order 1 since i have the dell'orto carb.

I got to get ready for work but there is a link on the www.provoscooter.com page that tells about plug reads...
If the plug looks like chocolate then it's the right color... if you are WHITE... your way lean... or black tar your to rich...
You need to check your fuel mixture...
anyway... let us know... and glad the smaller jet made it work better... but with the TOP end increase... make sure your not running lean... you will actually run faster on a lean engine... but the engine will not last long...
