Hmmm...weird I'm looking for the same thing. Although I'd be willing to use aftermarket if I could find a reasonable price

Keep checking Ebay, guys. There were a couple stock Razz exhausts on Ebay a week ago... not sure if they're still there. If not, there will be more!

I'm a little concerned about buying on ebay because the exhaust maybe clogged just like my current exhaust. It seems to be an issue with the razz as I've noticed several people on this forum with the same problem.

You guys could always gut the exhaust, like I did. Read a couple threads back, as I posted how to gut it in at least one if not more threads.

fastrazz... i thought about gutting mine but i was wondering if it adversely affected the performance at all ...

Does anyone know if rydah's 2000 zuma exhaust would fit a razz? :(

It actually helped my performance out quite a bit... stock, my razz would do ~26-27MPH. After gutting the exhaust, it now does 30-31MPH and accelerates MUCH quicker than it used to. I gutted the exhaust when I had 700 original miles on it, so my exhaust wasn't clogged at all before I gutted it and I still noticed quite a performance increase!

Arrrghh, I know that you want to support the forum sponsor, but somehow I feel that the link somehow went to the exhaust pipe pot-o-gold. A cheap high performance solution.

An old guy at a dealership told me to throw the Razz muffler in a fire. He said be careful, and make sure you pretty much keep your distance, but it will burn out all the carbon buildup and clear out the exhaust. It sounded a bit crazy, but sure enough, my brother had made a brush fire, and we threw it in there for a couple of hours, and it worked! I was topping out at around 27 mph on a slight downhill before, now I can get up to 33-35 mph. Its a bit louder now, but I'm not sure if that's because we didn't get the gasket on there correctly. I opted for a "loud pipes save lives" sticker for the side.

You prolly burned out your exhaust packing- thats why it is louder.

takes alot of heat to burn out packing and carbon buildup

check out Razzatooty (user ID), my brother, he has a brand new exhaust for a Razz...send him a personal message ..I'm sure he will sell it for a very resonable price and I know personally... it works excellent, no problemo!

Do you think that if I were to take a plumbing torch and fire it up down the pipes of my exhaust it might help just clear the tubes while not wasting the packing (I enjoy the quiet of the exhaust sytem on my razz)

I've filled them with engine degreaser, let sit over night, flip and sit. Take water hose and flush. Work out as much water tiping back and forth. Blow out with compressed air, install and take a long ride, that will dry it out. Packing will still be there (not burnt). Or take the time too open, clean, repack, and weld back.
