i just put in 163 big bore kit with a 30mm carb new cam new coil new cdi new varitor and new clutch assembly on my phantom r4i and the rpms get to about 7000 but i have very little power and it is extremly loud i m wandering if i put the cam in a few links back or maybe the carb isnt jetted right any help would be appriacaited
