New member posted via PM to my inbox today, I have combed over the board looking for a question on how to derestrict my 2002 Vino, but I am lost. I can not locatre any threads anyhwere about derestricting my Vino.

This hold double for new members. the search function on these forums is one of the best I've ever run across, and should be used first before asking a question regarding much of anything to do with the technical aspect of your scooter. Chances are if you are posting for the first time, your question has been asked and answered a dozen times already on here.
