Phantom Hop Ups

Hey ...well i have had my phantom for about 4 weeks and i love it....I was wondering if there were any modifactions that could be done to it to get a lil extra out of the motor....My scoot will do about 55 on level ground...and i was wondering since the speedo goes far past if it would go a little faster?? THanx..

You might get some more Power from placing the Varaitor and CLUTCH with a Delta Clutch and try Syntetic Oil! i will contact you when i get any more Data..

on the yahoo group one guy hits 70+ mph with a mikuni carb, air filter, and pro150 exhaust.

others have the butta kit, which includes a new jet and needle to fit in stock carb, an air filter, and he modifies your stock exhaust.

other than that performance mods are limited, lose some weight. :cool:

dont mean to go against forum policies, but come one this is an informative post, and the exhaust in question is for a PHANTOM. you guys dont even sell any phantom parts, much less an exhaust. let the link stay!!!

also, any of you looking for more vento forums should hit up the group on yahoo. its by far the best resource on vento info out there that ive seen.

I didn't mean to take any business away from Provo...I was just letting the world know that there is a muffler out there for the phantom....and your site was the first place i looked for a muffler and you don't have any mufflers for my scoot...only for a two stroke 50cc and i need a muffler that will go on a 150cc 4 stroke engine....

Just Looked at Jered's provo vento parts page

The parts that will Fit would be the

Malossi Delta Clutch & Wing Clutch Bell

The Wing Clutch Bell Might have to be Bored, That im Sure of.
Becuze i had to bore it a little to Get it to fit on the old scoot....

NGK Spark Plugs
Variator - Vento
Malossi Delta Clutch
Kevlar Belt - Vento

These parts im sure of that will fit from me Opening the Transfercase Cover
and taking the parts OFF. But you might want to check your Model #'s

Malossi Delta Clutch will fit but the Wing Clutch Bell will not fit unless a little bore is Done..

Now when erich Hooked me up with the Finned Variator Pulley it had to be bore to fit my old Scoot..And it' worked Great erich, Those are the Strongest Materials i'v Seen..

Kevlar Belt - Vento
Now erich said that this belt won't work for the Phantom 4 Stroke
becuze it's for a 2 stroke models -Possible Triton,R3

But the Finned Variator Pulley, For the Phantom 4 stroke, will not fit becuze the Variator Pulley is much Bigger for are Models. FAN size wise MORE AIR... :eek:
