just got it today and rode it all the way home. it does 35-40mph on flat ground, 40+ (buried the speedo) down hill, and 30-35 uphill. this thing is fun to ride. im glad i bought it.
heres a pic of it

i dont know i would have to see a silver zuma with silver rims to decide.
i went for another ride to return some movies i rented and it did 40 the whole way there which is about 4 miles away and on the way back i got behind a box truck and did just a hair past 40 until i turned (i guess i was drafting). so im thinking its not restricted eather. also i got 45 miles on the o.d. and the gas gauge is just above the red (1/8in above it), is that good gas milage for it. i put 41 miles on it today (bought it with 4).

i guess youre not "breaking" it in?

you should take it easy for at least the first 100 or so miles

And how many actually people DO that!?

Not many!

i must admit, it is difficult.... I made it maybe 150-200 of easy riding. I am not saying to do the 1000 miles the book says, but, also do not go full throttle out of the dealership......... ya know?

one more ?? i have some 2 cycle gas in my shed that i used for my pos mini chopper, about a gallon, that i didnt want to waste. i was wondering if i could use that in the zuma because i have nothing else to use it for. its mixed 32:1.

with the mixed gas, and the oil injection, you will most likely foul plugs.......

Here is a better idea....... add just a little bit when you fill up....... do this as many times as it takes to use it all........ get it??

there is never a more inportant period in the life of your engine thsn the period between 0-600mi for this reson you should read this im geting a new zuma and i plan on following this material

since the engine is new do not excessive load on it for 600 mi
0-100 mi
aviod driveing above 1/3 throttle stop and let engine cool for 5-10 min after every hour vary speed wile driveing dont operater in one trottle position

100-300 mi
avoid prolonged operration above 1/2 throttle

300-600 mi
avoid cruising speeds in execess of 3/4 trottle

after 600mi change final gear oil

600 mi and beyond aviod prolonged full throttle operration
vary speeds occasionally
